TSM backup software problem need help

anyone use TSM for windows?
i have a windows 2000 server connected to a tape library with 2 lto2 drives.
the windows 2000 server can see the library and drives but tsm cannot. Also the drives are showing as using compression even though we have not set compression up. we put a new library in, transfered the rmu from the old library and put the 2 original drives back. tsm worked before we rplaced the library but not since.
any help more than welcome

I can't see many people on here knowing anything about that software!

You have to get TSM to re-scan for devices again, TSM is still looking for the old library, you have to tell it, it has a new library.

Don't you need to define the new library to the Tape Device.

A good site to use is adsm.org.
