Imdoing something wrong - just purchased today, and went thru all the procedures - is there anyone out there who can help - blank screen

have you remembered to click the switch on the end of the cable where it plugs in to the 360 to HDTV

haha strange. i got a 360 yesterday and had problems connecting to my panny viera. somehow it worked when i put it horizontally but not vertically. change to hdmi on cabl and make sure your tv input is component. and make sure the cable is fully plugged in!
