Broken Bog. Where do i get parts ??

OK, i have moved into a house and not long after i broke the flush mechanism. It still flushes, but i gotta reach in the cistern a press one of the buttons to activate it.

Does anyone know where i can search for parts for the toilet.

I have no idea what the part is called (no part number etc) or what the toilet is called, all i know is that it is Armitage Shanks and what is looks like.

Ta for any help.

Lightbulb Here's an alternative idea

I had a similar problem with a sink (ie didn't know what tap it was) so I took a photo with my cameraphone and took it down to my local plumbers merchant (they always know more than the staff in those large chains) and showed them the picture and he knew instantly what the model was.

Did the same thing a while ago with a garage when I wanted to get a quote for damage repair to my wife's car.
