Sad news.

I can remember reading Ghost King and Legend a good number of years ago, enjoyed both very much.

Agreed. Long over due for a couple of films. A Jon Shannow movie or 3 would be a fitting tribute. What is Peter Jackson up to atm?

David Gemmell RIP

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/5224868.stm

Sad news indeed

I've only just started reading some of his works, and his latest book which is part of a trilogy I particularly enjoyed. I think the 2nd book will still come out but shame he never managed to finish the trilogy. My condolescences got to his family and friends. He will be missed.
