Wanadoo / Orange spam filtering

I have had a Freeserve/Wanadoo email pop account at work for years and years and never got much spam at all, but since the change to Orange, I'm getting 40+ a day.

Looking at the Orange website, I can't see options for filtering emails which Wanadoo used to have. Have Orange changed the way they deal with it or is there some other reason as to why I have this increase in unwanted mail?

[I do have Outlook Express filtering "trigger" words which helps, but Wanadoo used to stop pretty much all the other spam too]

I agree. It's got worse since Orange took over Wanadoo.

Dunno if it's connected, but I've started getting about 10 emails a day offering me viagra (with various spellings). They go straight in the spam folder, but keep coming from different email addresses so it's difficult to keep on top of.
Anyone else getting them?

Those stupid viagra emails have been turning up in my gmail account All go to spam folder but still I may open up another one and leave it idle just to test it. I say that as if you do that with a hotmail account, you will get spam in my experience, even without giving the address out

My Lycos and Yahoo are clean though. They don't even allow spam to get through to the spam folder, and also allow specific addresses to be blocked

P.S. I don't do isp email accounts
