Question New Thames Water Adverts

Has anybody seen those Thames Water Adverts where they show famous landmarks like City Hall, Tower of London and Battersea Power Station filled with water. The Slogan says something about how they will save "this much" water every 5 days once they finnish installing all the new pipes by 2010.

...does'nt it really just mean our current pipes are wasting this much water every 5 days?

It is a daft advert. Although it does show a potential use for Battersea power station, a reservoir
