Florida purchase advice

We're thinking of buying a property in Orlando, Florida. Current thoughts are

4/5 bed detached
Own pool
Preferably a resale ready furnished
Close to theme parks (within 30 min drive)

Anyone got any sdvice on location (we're thinking Kissimmee or similar), recommended web sites / realtors etc.

Thanks

I bought one through them, they specialise in "Brits" and were very good.

Good area is US 27 (highway) very close to Disney and lots of choice, (Davenport) is the area.

Prices have tripled in the last four years but with the exchange rate being favourable a re-sale shouldn't break the bank.

$280,000 will get you a palace...
