Question of sport music

Today's question of sport in the round on matt dawsons team, where they have to guess whose in the compilation video (p.s. i dont know anything about sport). There's a jazz tune heavy on the sax, its a really well known jazz tune but i dont know its name and its killing me, any ideas?

bump, noone got any ideas, it was used in the simpsons once, too do with bleeding gums murphy if that helps, i've heard it quite often on other programs.

The episode you are talking about, is repeated tomorrow (Saturday 10th June) lunchtime on BBC1, I think. If you can post a link to the music they used, we may be able to help you more.
