need advice

Hi all,

I need some advice on what could be a life changing decision.

I've suspected for some time now that my lady has been having an affair. The usual signs. Phone rings, I answer and someone hangs up.

She started going out 'with the girls' a lot recently, although when I ask which girls it is always "Just some friends from work, you don't know them".

I always look out for her taxi coming home but she always walks from around the corner and comes through the back door, although I can hear a car driving off as if she got out of the car round the corner.

I picked her mobile up last week just to see what time it was and she went beserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.

Anyway, I have never really mentioned the subject to her and deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, so last night she went out again and I decided to check on her. I decided I was going to hide behind my hifi rack in the back room where I get a view of the whole back street and the corner so I could see which car she gets out of. It was whilst crouched behind my hifi Rack that I noticed the burn marks on my power amps.

Should I take the amps into a repair shop or is it time to replace my power amps?

This is indeed a turning point in your life. The only advise I can give, is that you should probably go on at least two TV shows so that you can 'get it all out'. That way you can run through the problem with an 'expert' and, at least that way, you can make a complete fool out of yourself, and your family by appearing before millions of people on 'sad act TV'.

Alternately you can ring round a few places and get a few quotes............

I couldn't help but be confused when you decided to mention the hi-fi rack.

At least it demonstrates our society still has some sort of caring attitude, although with people like you taking advantage of us ‘kind’ people how much longer can it last.

But fair play, you had me hook line and sinker, funny stuff.

Nice adaptation, but I gotta say it works better in its original form.

Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my g/f. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night she went out again and I decided to really check up on her this time. I was going to hide behind my car which would give me a view of the whole street so that I could see whose car she gets out of.

It was whilst I was crouched behind my car that I noticed rust around my rear wheel arch. So, should I take it into a body repair shop or should I buy some filler stuff from Halfords and try to repair it myself?
