Absolutely mind-blowing!
For anyone with an interest in parkour, or anyone wanting to see people perform physical feats you couldn't pull off in a million years, check out this video.

Possibly the most amazing parkour video i've ever seen

EDIT: video goes a little funny a couple of minutes in, but stick with it, it sorts itself out after a little while.

Wonder has he ever twisted an ankle!!
