On one of the travel programs, i think it was "departure lounge" as that nick guy i think was doing it.

He explained an alternative way to travel across america - by driving the car of someone relocating from one side to the other of the states.

So person or family A are moving house from la to new york, and they require their car to be moved from one side to the other -

they entrust this task to a tourist - so cheap for both parties.


basically where do you think i can find details - car moving or seraches on the bbc website reveal nothing.
