Risk Assessment

Could one of you fine people point me in the right direction to an online
model document for a Risk Assessment.
Sort of, print off and fill in as required.

Cheers.

This is a fairly simple leaflet from the HSE and a good starting point.

What risk or task are you trying to assess?

Also, do a Google search on Risk Assessment - you may be surprised by how much information you will get.

Cheers,

Martin.

What sort of risk assessment? For a new business venture? A factory production line?

Sorry guys, I should have explained a little better.
I am putting together a few basic risk assessments for working at heights, use
of power tools, electrical working with regards to isolation.
I know how to do a risk assessment, I did the IOSH course a couple of years ago.
I cannot find the folder though, and I am crap at designing stuff on the PC.

Cheers Dave, that would probably do fine, but I am hoping for something with a
little more detail on it, to save having to upgrade in a couple of years.
If I do not find anything else, then I will be using that one.

Working at heights is quite a big one for accidents. The HSE are quite hot on this. You will probably find that as well as risk assessments method statements will also need to be produced for any activities involving working at heights.
