I wont be playing till the weather breaks.Used to be keen[4 handicap]. Now a rough 6 .Going to france in september woo hoo,5 nights 8 lads,much fun me thinks.

Had the pleasure of playing with a few pros and i am most certainly not one.I only hope my clubs have not gone rusty ,last time i picked them up was november .

I am just about to join Gleneagles for the first time. I have playing there for a while as guest of some clients but I have decided to bite the bullet and get my own membership.

I cant wait!

The only problem is that they are doing quite a bit of ground works just now- a couple of new greens etc. in order to make the PGA course that wee bit harder, so there is wuite a bit of mess just now.

I'm a high handicapper (only started playing a few years back, and improving) but play throughout the winter months unless it's really peeing down, be a crime not to! :-)
