Pulling the fleshtones around is easy and shouldn't show up too much. They've upped the contrast around her eyes and mouth as well. Probably polished out the odd shadow and crease too.

I'd agree with shadow. She's kinda OK, but dressing to appeal to 14 year old boys isn't my idea of beautiful or sexy.
