Sony live tech support is funny.

Well, during my quest to find a way to convert all my mp3's to atrac, I landed on sony's live chat tech support. I was a bit skeptical at first, because the "analyst's" reponses were all neat and perfect. Just like a bot. So I was kidding around and said "I guess you're a bot so this place won't do me much good." His response made me laugh out loud hahaha.

You'd have to read the whole chat log to know it, but I'm figuring this guy isn't really Jim, it's probably some call center in India or somethin, the way he talks. Doesn't matter though, I think I got my problem solved.

Redguard,

Your link to the picture, only appears in a very, very tiny box. You can't read anything, and you can't save or enlarge the image either.

Maybe you could simply copy the transcript of what was said, into a message for all of us to read?

There are some manufacturers with good online support out there I have to say. HP are truly superb in my experience!
