What's the definition of a conservatory?

Not that we can afford it but will be nice to see some nice conservatories pushing boundaries of these rules

Went to view a house we liked, the conservatory would have needed updating though as the roof was more like plastic sheet type

Our budget is no where near as high as this but was being nosy

This has a conservatory but it doesnt seem to have much glass apart from room
4 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in Henleaze, Bristol, BS9
