Well there is a lot of news going around today so can't be 100% certain but there are a number of people saying the hospital is in lockdown. Saw this on the Birmingham Riots page as well:

I'm not being racist, but their style of "journalism" leaves a lot to be desired! Laughable "Cops"- style police-chases and the constant onscreen banner claiming their material is "Live", when it isn't live at all, makes this channel's reporting positively silly! (One minute it's a police chase, next minute an ad break, then a faulty bit of VT footage, then questioning locals - who are blaming gangster rap!)

There are variations of this going on but from before the riots. There is one where a Muslim woman will knock on a Muslim households door and ask if she can pray. If she is let in, she will let her cronies know and they will come in and they rob the place.

The group took off down the back streets smashing up and setting fire to cars shortly after, I think now my sis will have her back home for a few days until it all calms down.
