Anyone shopped from appliancesdirect.co.uk ?

Hi all,

I'm fitting a new kitchen and need a bunch of appliances - came across appliancesdirect.co.uk - who seem to be very competitive....

was wondering if anyone had used them before, and what their experience was like?

thanks
Kev

Re: Anyone shopped from appliancesdirect.co.uk ?

Yeah, I've used them and they were fine.

Buy the way they are part of a group of 'badged' appliance retailers that definitely includes Boots and I think includes Sainsburys.

Boots Kitchen Appliances

Appliances - Sainsbury’s

I found this out because when doing a kitchen, I had one appliance purchased with appliancesdirect and another with boots, both arriving on the same day. They were late on the day of arrival so ran both companies (different numbers) and found that I was speaking to the same lady. A single lorry arrived later that day with both appliances on board.

Cheers,

Nigel

Ordered large American-style fridge from appliancesdirect a couple of weeks ago.
Excellent service.
They promptly called with a delivery date, which they changed to suit me without any hassle.
The fridge (LG) was delivered by two blokes in a big SMEG lorry.

My Mum and Dad ordered an oven from them earlier this year, I will be ordering a washing machine from them myself in a few days
