Cheers, my take was valuation and advice but yesterday i was looking into it and it come up with this like, they have sold a 1.5milllion plot, im sure this is on behalf of someone else? or do they own them?

I'm not an expert but I'm sure someone else here will know more and come correct me on this, but they probably gave advice to the buyers of the land, offering advice on the value, the options they have, possible planning permission, environmental issues etc. I don't think they own land themselves though.

Good to hear it, hopefully it'll work out well for her.

Personally I would never contact anywhere that I have had an interview and I would find it a bit strange if we got an e-mail where I work thanking us or such, best to just wait it out and hope for the best, again good luck!

I had never heard of this until recently. Apparently it is very common in America, but not here.

I wouldn't.
