I only discovered fruit 'n' fibre about a year ago & have it everyday now. Never used to bother with breakfast.

The original dorset cereals muesli is nice as well

Frosted wheats, but can't eat them too much cos my teeth will fall out.

Stick to Shreddies on a daily basis to keep me tied over til lunch

Quite partial to sugar puffs as well
