If she has any sense she'll make an agreement with you I'm sure she'd rather make an arrangement to have you pay say £15 a week rather than just getting the £5 a week.

I agree with Aaron, this does seem the best course of action. I'd correspond with her in the form of a letter detailing all your outgoings to explain this further, by corresponding in a letter there's no risk of an argument so you'll be able to get your point across.
