Calling all forumites living in the Chesterfield area

Hi, this is a bit of a long shot but was anyone in a chesterfield town centre car park around 2.30pm last weds 9/09/09 who still has their ticket. A bit of a long story but short version is I was at the council building and didn't retain the ticket. I need a ticket as proof I was there otherwise won't be able to claim travelling expences. Seeing as I travelled up from Burton I'm going to be out almost 35 quid!

thanks cap

Sureley you can still claim fuel regardless of parking?

Do you not have evidence of your visit eg paperwork or an email from a customer?

The guy I went to see wasn't there and reception didn't get me to sign in. My manager's being really funny about it and won't sign the expence form and keeps saying he's going to contact personnel for advice. He hasn't yet even though he's had a week and he's not exactly been busy seeing as two meetings he had were cancelled.

Anyway I thought it was a long shot
