River Cottage.

I'm hoping someone can help me out with finding an episode which I watched a couple of weeks back.
The guests were all people who lived off microwave meals, so he took them shopping and purchased their usual products. They then began cooking some of them.
They also chartered a boat and fished for Mackerel and another species.
Finally they visited a slaughter house where two of the cottage lambs were sent for slaughter.

The part I am after is the recipe for the bolognese sauce that they prepared.

I can't remember which channel it was on, or if it was a repeat.

Does this ring any bells with you guys?

The series is called The River Cottage Treatment, and it was episode 2.

Here it is if anyone is interested in watching it.

Warning: This episode contains slaughter and butchery which may upset.

Re: River Cottage.

I highly recommend the original River cottage series on dvd, some of the best tv shows ever for me.

Got to meet the man himself and shake his hand recently - legend.
