PSP Charger Blew Up

Hi,

I bought a PSP charger from Play.com. I plugged it into the socket and bang, spark and electric shock. WTH

Really glad the fusebox tripped and i inserted it, not my 4 year old. Really furious and wondering what i should do in terms of escalating it. That could have happened when my son plugged it it.

I never buy cheap charger for this reason and thought play.com would be reputable.

i doubt you got an electric shock just from plugging it in providing it is a plastic type charger, it was probably just a shock from the bang, either way it shouldnt have happened but i doubt they will do much other than replace it or refund,
