Air Vent / Non Electric Extractor Fan ?

Does such a thing exist ?

Was going to just fit an air brick in our garage to allow the air to circulate some (its where our cats live) but thought about popping in some form of wall fan to help things along even more

Can see numerous electric ones but just really want a non electric fan, like those you often see in bathrooms in the windows etc

Does such a thing exist

I've often wondered how those actually work - or rather do they work - what does the fan bring to the party exactly.
