Ok silly question but any idea how you resize the pic? I tried paint. Don't have photoshop and Picasa just won't do it. Getting a pic 50 by 50 pixels and then making sure it's 2.0 KB seems to be impossible!

you could trial fireworks and use that, it allows you to do a preview mode where you can modify quality and see how it affects the file size.

Are you using Windows? You can just do it with Paint in the Accessories menu. No need to download anything.
