Looking for some help with Voipcheap error. No joy on voip thread so thought I'd post here.

I get 'Call ended. The other party ended the call due to an unknown error.'

More info gives....

General Error (CODE:33)

I've sent messages to support via the voipcheap website but had no response.

I've uninstalled software and reinstalled. No change.
I have credit in my account.

If you can solve the mystery/problem I'd be very grateful.

Has it been working up to this point or is this the first time you have tried to use this software?

Also what kind of number are you calling - have you tried calling from a mobile/landline?

Google just found this:

"This is a clone of betamax company. I've subscribed with their voipcheap.com, justvoip.com, 12voip.com and recently nonoh.net. I've paid 10 Euros each in all there 4 websites. But on the next day itself, I couldn't place a call. It shows "Call ended due to an unknown error". Itz already about 3 to 4 months. I've emailed them, faxed them, phoned them. But no response at all. Not only me, if you google "Voipcheap.com cheating" you will get lot of people complaining on this fraudulent company."

I've used voipcheap.co.uk for years. Saved loads on International calls and free landline calls in UK, but now I just get the error message unless I'm phoning someone else who's on voipcheap.
