Big Cat Filmed...

BBC NEWS | Scotland | Glasgow, Lanarkshire and West | Policeman takes 'big cat' video

I'm sorry but to me that is obviously a normal sized cat... i'm pretty sure a big is to wide to walk comfortably along a single railway line...

Just wanted to have my say about it..

Whats your thoughts??

Re: Big Cat Filmed...

It is certainly too big for a moggy although I am not saying it is a panther. The tail is also too long for a dog. Not 100% sure with this myself.

I agree. And a panther would never walk about with its tail curling and flicking like this domestic cat does. At one point, the cat walks underneath some short flowers! I hope this PC never ends up testifying in court, because he clearly needs his eyes tested.

Indeed, he is obviously quite unfit or he has swine flu.

They're one of the largest breeds of cat, they can be around 20lbs, the one in the record books is about twice that I think...

One of my cats is 14lb & about a 1/6th the size of that thing, that's gotta be nearer 40lbs!

Yeah the one in the record books is 35lbs apparently, I overshot with my guess of 40, but still 35lbs for a cat is quite some weight (not sure if that's the one pictured, but it cant be far off).
