I'm sorry but to me that is obviously a normal sized cat... i'm pretty sure a big is to wide to walk comfortably along a single railway line...
Just wanted to have my say about it..
Whats your thoughts??

It is certainly too big for a moggy although I am not saying it is a panther. The tail is also too long for a dog. Not 100% sure with this myself.

And a panther would never walk about with its tail curling and flicking like this domestic cat does. At one point, the cat walks underneath some short flowers! I hope this PC never ends up testifying in court, because he clearly needs his eyes tested.
