Anyone got / tried an electronic pest repellant?

I'm considering something like this to help combat my ant issues.

Group55 Blue Stripe Dual Action Pest Repeller

Quote:
The Blue Stripe Dual Action Pest Repeller is a humane pest repeller that helps create an environment throughout the home that pests would rather not be in.

The Blue Stripe Dual Action Pest Repeller uses electromagnetic technology and advanced fluctuating ultrasonic sound wave technology.

Electromagnetic Pest Control Technology
The electromagnetic feature sends pulses through the wiring of your property. This is completely safe to you and your home.
Anyone got one? Or have an opinion of these devices?

Ta!

We had a mouse problem in the past. The electronic repellant sorted it!

Also we no longer get humungous spiders running across the floors anymore. We get the odd little one but nothing like we used to see in the past.

Ours is plugged in 24/7.

Hi,

There's a little App you can buy for the iPhone, called "Bug Spray: Ultrasonic" that may be of interest to you. I think it's free, or less than 60p, so may be worth a go, providing you have an iPhone of course.

It sends out high-frequency signals that only young kids, and animals can hear, that are supposed to repel insects of all kinds. May be worth a try?

Don't buy the JML one...damn thing nearly caught fire. I dread to think what could have happened.

Re: Anyone got / tried an electronic pest repellant?

my mate has one to repel cats, but it is actually audible. Also as it has worked he is now infested by birds. lol

Therefore what ever you want to get rid of, i reccomend you look into what it eats, because whatever it is, once its predator has gone there population will bloom.

A silly little point but worth mentioning
