Re: How many have you seen?

If you are from the North or South American continents, South Asia or down under, 30*c is still pretty much normal and not hot at all. Its all relative. If we grew up somewhere else and then came here we would be the same. As it is, its a "heatwave"

Re: How many have you seen?

So? By your logic you'd be asking how many macho young males in our local areas go around topless in winter.

Re: How many have you seen?

I have seen quite a few goths and emos dressed in their heaviest stuff. Leathering up takes a bit of dedication in this weather. I've always wondered why they don't have any goth summerwear like leather shorts and flip flops with skulls on them.

Re: How many have you seen?

On a serious note I have seen motorcyclists just going out in t-shirts and forgoing the leathers. I get it but should they ever unfortunately be involved in an accident then they risk real injury

Re: How many have you seen?

I saw a woman in a Parker coat in Morrisons. So it was red hot, and she was indoors, and a Parker coat is one of the warmest coats you can wear, and it was zipped up.

Maybe they have a heart condition. Used to know a chap that had to wear a sweater and jacket in the summer just to keep himself warm.

When my sister comes over from Sydney she always complains how cold it is here even in mid summer but 12 years ago when we lived in Torquay my son came down from Tyneside for Christmas and complained how hot it was down south

I saw some kids on their mopeds with no tops on at all. I mean their top speed is only 30 but if they fall off they can good bye to their skin
