Re: Window Wizard...anyone ever use one?

Hi,

From what I can tell this is is identical to a product advertised on Ideal World but their version is called Window Magic Window Magic Cleaning System - IdealWorld

the Ideal World demo looks very impressive and they make it look ever so easy, but in reality a complete nightmare, my parents ordered one and found it very difficult to use. I thought it was ok, but they are a little dangerous if not used correctly and it's all about technique.

The biggest problem is the magnets are very very strong, so strong in fact that if you are not careful the magnets will stick together with a lot of force and anything in the way will simpy get trapped, fingers included! My parents actually returned the one they had as they felt it was unsafe to use.

You will find some customer reviews on the Ideal World website at the link above.

Overall I would say an ok product but not worth £30ish and you do need to be careful.

I remember these things from the 80's. My parents had some. I think they only used them a couple of times as they really weren't worth the bother.
