Are you allowed to link to your blog as part of your signature?

Providing it is not a blog about any services or products that you may be selling I think it's ok.

You may link to your blog as long as it is a personal one and not commercial but please don't link to it in posts as any sort of reference otherwise the posts will be deleted.

Please be aware that signature links here re "nofollow" so the search engines will not spider the links and they will therefore have no SEO value

Dont really know what seo is if I'm honest.
