Where is halfway on the M1 between Oxford and Halifax.

Hi guys, I wonder if theres any commuting/motorway experts in. I need to set up a meeting (no not that kind) thats halfway between Halifax and Oxford, the M1 is the motorway for that route so presume it will be hlfway somewhere, I'm on multimap and AA website but can't find where roughly halfway is, any guys got any sat nav or software that can tell me this, must be on or close to M1 motorway please?

A quick Google suggests something near Derby or Long Eaton would be a good half way?

Your best bet would be:
Moto - Leicester (Markfield) Services
M1 Junction 22

It's about half way in terms of time and as good as half way in terms of milage.

I'd go for Leicester Forest East at Jct21 just before the Coalville/Markfield one. It's more of a landmark than Jct22 which isn't particularly well signed and isn't even visible unless you turn off the M1. It's only about 5miles south of the one at J22 Iccz suggested.
