Hi All. This may be a stupid question but i was checking my 360's system settings last night and it seems that i have two map packs for Gears Of War. Now i have the game but i havent opened it yet, its still in it's celaphane. Are these map packs included on the system or is it possible i actually have someone elses reject console??
I bought the console which is a 60Gb Premium from Play as new last October.

PS - i am planning to play GoW honestly - it has taken quite a bit of will power not to open it...i am trying to complete some other games first!!

how long have you been on xbox live the maps for gears 1 are free anyway so no problem there then are they on the hardrive go into the hard drive and see and you defo didnt download them

if you didn't download them then i'd guess someone else has used the console before you (or at least the hard drive), if the console still had the plastic sticker thingie over the dvd drive then i reckon it'd be the latter.
i wouldn't make an issue of it though, you've still got your warranty from the date on your reciept

Yeah good point, i honestly dont remember downloading them but i dont think it particularly matters anyway. My worry was mainly whether there may have been a problem with my console where would i stand with Microsoft etc...
