Tried to do it 2 ways as fair as i know with regards to skill mix and with people who have played with each other before so we keep interest in this.
There are going to be some dark horses in this as there are some who i havent played with any thoughts then let them out here

Added them to your team as youve played with them before on cod so if you play the other will play makes it more enjoyable for everyone then.

Usually the captains would do it, however nobody has volunteered to be one yet.

You've been allocated mate you have seriously from gears 1 to me it's much harder than gears 2 to get seriously so you've been allocated accordingly.
