I just bought GOW 2 again which came with the above code. I don't need it as downloaded the All Fronts DLC today which includes the Flashback pack.

This would be ideal for someone with a second hand copy with no code and is not interested in getting any of the other DLC.

So anyone who wants this code please leave a thanks and I will use a random generator to pick a winner in 5 days time ie Sun 2 Aug.

Whoever wins I will PM the code once scratched the back panel.

It's a free DLC but only with the code in the box... so like the op said if you've bought a second hand copy the code would have been used already so no flashback maps.

Ah right - I did buy the LE when I got Gears 2 - I couldn't remember paying for any maps for the game hence my confusion.

personally i think you should keep it if you decide to flog the game on at a later date it will add a bit of value to its resale price
