It seems the re-release packages are for from over in Sony's eyes as they are set to release these two packages this year. They will both release in the US alongside the Ratchet and Clank HD Collection on the 28th of August.

Cristian Cardona, associate product marketing manager at SCEA, had the following to say on the matter, "Keep an eye on the Blog as we bring you some additional news in the coming weeks, about which games you can expect to get their own Collections this fall."
