I am very curious as to how these sellers are able to price Xbox Live Codes at such a low price

I have read through the entire thread and it appears that the codes are emailed. What Guarantee is given that these codes are genuine and have not been created with some sort of key generator, and risk gettting banned from Xbox live ?

hi fish, all codes are fully genuine and sold by microsoft distributors even the scanned in copies of the cards can be provided.

none of the codes are generated by keys - i wished lol id be a billionaire?

fishfash, I got one and it worked as I've said in another post. Plenty of others have had them too without problem. The eBay seller i got mine from had thousands of positive feedbacks.

The cheapest place at this moment is getxboxcodes.com . The 12 month xbox live subscription is going £ 26.00 , its the currently the lowest i have found , even after searching ebay. I got my Code in about 5 minutes after payment.

First you need an xbox 360. And high speed internet Connection. On your xbox 360 create a gamer profile. Then click on the dashboard button hit Join xbox live. You can either purchase a subscription directly from Microsoft, which is very expensive , or you can purchase an xbox live code from private online retailers for half the price. Most codes are genuine Microsoft codes. The way people are getting them at low prices, xbox live subscriptions are very cheap in the United States, if you check amazon.com US, they sell xbox live 12 months below £ 25 , now can we say amazon is selling non genuine codes, NO, they are just cheaper in the United States, So Uk private sellers have connections with US suppliers , if you ever ask these sellers to ship the code, they will never ship you the actual card, because none of them actually have it in their possession , they only have scans.

I know this question has been answered by peterboy but before you go buying 12 months (or three months), you have the option on a new 360 to try a month's trial of Live and to do that three times as well so three months of Live for free.

The thing is I have had the 360 since around February 2006, and have never previously wanted to try out live, however having really enjoyed PSN gaming for the past few years I feel i need to try out XBL. Especially as my friends keep reminding me how it is so much better than psn. Also have a great deal of interest in games such as left for dead for example so I feel its time to give it a try. Mind you I have been through around 3 XBOX's until i decided to upgrade to the elite, have not played it much at all since playing Fable 2. I will have a go soon, thanks again for the heads up

On the scratchcard there should be 2 codes. One for the 12+1 months of LIVE, the other is for the Forza Premium theme. Just enter each code under the "Redeem Code" part of the dashboard (press the guide button and then left a couple of times I think) and you'll download the theme for free.

Guys n Gals,

After being referred by a family member to get my xbox gold membership from instantxboxcards.com it seems this organisation takes your money and doesnt deliver the goods.

I purchased my membership on Sunday received an 'automated' email with the link but when I clicked on the link no codes or files containing any image scan of the card. I have contacted them since to which they do not reply asking them to send a scanned image of the membership which they state they will do anyway.

Still no communication so I am now on the verge of actually contacting the police to investigate which I will be doing tomorrow if no communication.

I understand that people may be dealing with other things in life but is it not thieft if you give your money in exchange for a product or service to a business and then its not delivered.

I hope they do reply because all I want is my membership but if they dont then I think I will need to contact companys house, police, trading standards etc to see if this is an actual business.

I will keep you all informed of my findings.

Well Guys n Gals after sending the organisation a nice email simply telling them the next stage would be contacting the police if no communication within 12 hours, they did refund the money.

I do not think I would trust such a company again but at least they refunded the money.

my advice is watch who you purchase from.
