12 months for £25 is a pretty good deal.

It's unfortunate that the 12+1 months for £23.82 is USA only.

Everywhere I've read it says Xbox Live Gold Subscription codes are worldwide compatible, so I don't understand why that says USA only..?

I bought one of these (instant codes) 12 moth Xbox live subscription fromxbox live membership, xbox live gold membership and xbox live 12 month gold membership cards - Instant Live Codes - www.instantlivecodes.com its been roughly 10 hours since i got the same massage as other people on this thread and i am still waiting, surely this is false advertisement for there is nothing instant about it, if it was one or two people with this problem it would be understandable but it a lot of people if i new this would happen i would have bought the Microsoft one for £40 at least its instant and you have some one to talk to if problems arise ( i have sent three email all unacknowledged)

well as is always the case after i sent my third email , (within 15mins) the code was sent to me and it works just fine, I'm so conflicted as to why there is such a hustle to get the code yet it works fine. I would consider using them again if it didn't say instant.

Just a word of warning - steer very clear of "instantlivecodes" if you're after cheap access to Xbox live.

I ordered and paid two days ago and have not received my codes and they have not responded to my emails.

At worst these people are criminals, at best they lie in the advertising. I'll wait to see what happens before I finalise my opinion...

Have you any evidence to back up these serious claims?

Strangely within 20 minutes of raising a Paypal dispute, an email arrived with the codes saying that it was "resent"

I cannot say I'm filled with confidence for the future.

These websites are usually run by one sole person, and it is Summer, maybe he is on holiday, or had a personal emergency, or anything along those lines.

Did you pay by Paypal, as if so its very easy to get your money refunded.

People these days are just too impatient. I waited just over 24 hours for my code (from another provider) and was happy with this service.

2 days while not "instant" isn't so bad to accuse people of being criminals in my opinion.

A week is when I would start being annoyed.

I would say to check your emails spam box, as the first message may have been wrongly been placed in there. It happens to me all the time.

A couple of points:

i) I checked my spam box on numerous occasions;
ii) I fully understand how business works however to make claims of "instant" when a company is unable to deliver is misrepresentation (a lie).

Clearly I eventually got my codes, so I'm happy to state that the site is not run by criminals.

In respect of people being impatient, I'm sorry I have to disagree, is it unreasonable to expect something to be delivered within twenty-four hours when it is advertised as instant? To reiterate, I waited that long before I sent my email. If I'd have thought it was going to take a week to benefit from the savings, I would have happily ordered the codes a week or two in advance.

Regarding your comments Dave, my postings are self-explanatory. I too regard it as a serious issue to falsely represent claims in advertising. If I was to receive proof that emails had previously been sent to my inbox I would be happy to set the record straight.

I got mine from Live-Codes - Instant Gaming Subscriptions & Points this morning. It had arrived even before I had fully finished the google checkout process.

I was amazed at how quick it got here and worked no problems.

I'll second that. I've just ordered 2 x Gold 12 month codes and received them instantly. Both just redeemed straight away via the 'Live' portal. Couldn't have been easier. I also like that it uses 'Google Checkout'.

It's worth noting that, unless I'm missing something, the 12 month is actually slightly better value than the 12+1, which I found a bit odd?

Anyway, superb service. Would definitely recommend using this site.

Thirded (is that a word???) went to website, ordered, paid via Google Checkout, received email with the code, entered code via xbox.com all done within a couple of minutes.

No Idea why it says 44.99 when you click the link because it is definatley 25.99 when you click the Xbox Live icon on the left of the page (Maybe someone doesnt like the cheap price Mmmmmmm)

I bit the bullet and took the risk, got my code within the hour and it works no problem.

Has anyone used Live-Codes today?

Numerous times today - using three different PCs and two different ISPs - I've added my requirement to the basket, clicked 'Checkout' but been unable to get past the point where I assume you'd be asked for payment details.

Just wondering if it's just me.

My fault - was going to live-codes.co.uk, instead of live-codes.com. Both addresses point at the same site, but only on the .com address does the Payment system work.
