i bought this from instant live codes and paid through paypal on the 17th april 09 and still not got a code from them.i have sent over 7 emails and have got nowhere,wish i had never heard of them.i hope paypal can get my money back and will try the high street in future

use LIVE-CODES, it's much better and faster :D

Our new fully automated system will be in place by then. No more waiting around (even tho most customers only wait up to 5mins at the moment)
Going to be instant and i mean instant not like alot of places that claim to be instant then have you waiting around for 4hours.

Should of really emailed the support line lucky i came back and spotted this.

Im guessing its points you bought for that error, you get that error if you are trying to buy some content without points in your account then activating the card there.

You need to do this:
• Press your Big X in middle of your controller
• Press left twice to market place
• Then go down to redeem code and enter it there

please email support@live-codes.com for support questions you will get a faster reply than me trawling the forums on here.

Oh its not the dreaded "status code: 80154003" error is it?

This has been known to xbox live for about a year now and they still cant sort it out! If you google "status code: 80154003" you will see a alot of people with same problem.

This happens when you previously paid via credit card/debit card and details from the card and details on console dont match exactly.

What to do?
• Try the code again (sometimes it works a few minutes later)

Still not working?
• Go to Xbox.com | Xbox.com Home and login to your account, press my account, redeem code

Still not working?
• Your going to have to ring microsoft to get them to remove your card details from their system and problem solved. You may aswell get them to activate your card to your account whilst your on the phone.
