Cant set to 60hz anymore

Dug out the GC recently and set up on an LCD TV an all was fine...I would get a prompt when I turned it on to play 50 or 60 hz and would chose 60.

Then today I did not change to 60 in time and it loaded to 50 hz and now when I turn the machine on I dont get a choice anymore and it always loads in 50hz mode.

I am sure its a dumb question, but how to I get that choice back, or set to 60?

When I switch on with a game in - it now loads that immediately....?

Hold B while the cube rolls about the screen, continue holding it until the 60Hz option appears
