Resident evil 4 bundle 29.99!!

Just got myself a new gamecube resident evil 4 bundle for only 29.99 in toys r us!! couldnt resist at that price even if I dont play it that much as I have my 360.

Not a big fan of the old resident evil games on the playstation although I am told this one is far better?? anyway can anyone recommend somewhere selling cheap memory cards??
