Yes on the 10th, then got an emaiil yesterday to say they couldn't fulfill the order

I've re-ordered from gameplay which cost me £6 more but hopefully I might still get it in time.

Got the same bloomin email as you though

fortunately my lads pretty patient, more so than me

so I'll hold out for Amazon and see what happens in the next couple of days, managed to reserve a copy at a local Gamestation but at £39.99

I'm loathed to go pick it up unless I have no other choice, he'll have enough to keep himself occupied with though

Amazon are rapidly losing any semblance of credibility in my eyes. My wife ordered 2 matching sets of dolls and horses for our girls which were in stock and on the day (yesterday) the parcel arrived with the dolls only, sent her an email to say the horses were unavailable.
