Yes, according to Nintendo's press release, the Gamecube will debut in May at £150. Now we already know that Europeans are getting shafted with the price of the X-box (compared to US consumers), but this is rediculous.
Unless Microsoft doesn't even consider the 'Cube a challenger, they've got to lower the UK price, right? Right?
Here's hoping Bill cuts the X-box price down to at least comparable to the US price. If not, that month and a half headstart they have on Nintendo isn't going to help much.
