convert your Gamecube to play US/JAP

If you wish to play both Jap and US Gamecube games, you can install a switch.
This was taken from #gamecube on IRC.
read the pdf to see who the credit goes to.

i have put the pdf "how to" on an ftp for those who wish to do the modification.
