Want a lightgun and a duck shoot game for GC for kiddies, is there anything for GC?.

nope nothing!

Best bet is to get a cheap ps1 and Time crisis!
Or a PS2 with Time Crisis 3, Ninja Assault

ORRRRRRRR a Dreamcast, with House Of The Dead 2 and Confidential Mission! - prob best bet as really cheap now!
