Yippe, my wife bought us a gamecube.

The good lady wife came home with a cube to sit alongside our xbox and dreamcast today.

Got mario kart and bust a move. Nice surprise eh?

As we have never read a cube mag, can anyone give me a lowdown on the cube games to get?

Is ISS3 any good?

Thanks,

Cap

Oh, and isnt mario kart great on a 6 foot screen

Well they are pretty cheap if you shop around but here are a few 'beauties'

Zelda - Wind Waker
Super Mario Sunshine
Metroid Prime
Resident Evil Zero
Viewtiful Joe

A couple of those you can pick for about 20 quid new, if you shop around!

We got a cube for christmas for our 8 yr old and I was so impressed I bought another for downstairs.

We've got MarioKart which is great fun in multiplayer - even the wife enjoys it, though she has trouble with the corners !

I did a bit of mag reading before christmas and bought Burnout 2 and Hitman 2 on the back of their good reviews.

Burnout 2 is a street car racing game which is awesome - feels very quick and the graphics and sound rock.

Haven't had a chance to play Hitman yet but as the name suggests you play an assasin on murderous missions. I am trying to convince the wife to go out by herself on new years eve so I can give it a good go !

Hitman 2 can be had online for around £20 if you shop around.

Hope this helps.
