Simple question - if i set up my skype to go numbers using my uk mobile from abroad( Ireland) do i use a local irish skype number as the call would be routed locally first and then onto skype. Or does it go direct to UK provider (vodaphone) and then back to Ireland. Just want to avoid the international exchange charge and i am not sure how this works.
