Hi guys,

just got my bt home hub setup and am trying to access the advanced features or telephone feature and it keeps asking me for a password saying that i am currently in basic mode.....

i've tried the obvious username/password combo of 'admin/admin' as this is what it states in the userguide but it does not work....

anyone got any ideas..


also, since the switch from my old voyager 2091, my download rate has dropped significantly, from around 300kbps from ftp it's dropped to around 30kbps.....

if i plug my old router back in and connect it to my phone line, i'm back up in the 300kbps range again.....

please help

Have you tried 'password' ? Quite common on routers.

Problem solved.

It is a problem with IE7. The admin password is indeed admin

u: admin
p: admin

but you have to use either Ie6 or Firefox to access it, IE7 does not work
