Gadget Show Episode 15 Five CEO websites

Did anyone get the 5 CEO websites (which give email addresses of company execs so you can complain about their faulty kit) from the Gadget Show Episode 15? Their website is relatively poor and offers very little real information from the episodes.

I thought this was a really good segment and its what I have done for years and I have to say always works.

If you word your concern well enough you end up with a great contact and great service. Ihave many good contacts in the US now and was a Sky VIp for years

I don't think this will make any difference, as a PA will not pass on emails such as this to the CEO. No harm though....

When I was at college, there was a lecturer who worked for Trading Standards. His advice to us students was always, "If you have complaint, go to the man at the top".

This works

I know at a big brand company I worked for, there was a pot of money to "make it right"... these emails just immediately got forwarded to the team that held the money to fix problems... so I always do it.

Me too, I emailed the top guy at M$ when my 360 went missing from the repair centre.

Sorted in 1 week after 6 months waiting and banging my head of walls.
